There are some issues on some Android devices.
Please check the detail below.

[Who has the issues?]

Users who use FanPlus app ver. 1.20.0 or 1.20.1
on Android (at least ver.10) devices

[What are the issues?]

1. Sending/receiving files
on chat not available

Due to the server issue
of the current chat service provider,
it is currently not available
to send or receive files on FanPlus chat.


Checking files that were
previously sent/received
is not possible too.

 

Also, the following error message
appears when accessing the chat room:

 

We are preparing a new chat service
with a new chat service provider
to solve the problem,
and
we plan to update it
in the second half of this year.

2. Errors occur if you didn’t allow
“Phone” access permission

If you do not allow the ‘phone’ permission
which is essential to use the app,
the app may be crashed
and closed intermittently.

 

If the error occurs,
please go to the device settings >
Application > FanPlus >
Permission > Allow “Phone” permission.
